Working with the Health Institute of West Virginia University, Jack Canfield LLC worked on "Closing the Gap - insuring the Uninsured In West Virginia," an effort involving WVU, the Governor's Office, the Health Care Authority and several organizations, businesses and labor groups.

Jack Canfield, LLC has also conducted focus groups for the Institute and the Health Care Authority tn test several insurance products as a part of Governor Manchin's plan to bring health insurance to low-income West Virginians.

In addition, Jack Canfield recently completed a series of a dozen focus groups across West Virginia on behalf of a major health care facility working with TSG Consulting out of Charleston.
