West Virginia State Bar - Jack Canfield, LLC was commissioned by the West Virginia State Bar to conduct the 2004 Judicial Qualification Evaluation Poll. Over 4,000 attorneys were surveyed. The poll gave the State Bar's entire membership the opportunity to assess qualification of candidates for judicial posts. Results were shared with the public prior to elections.
